I have reached out via email, left voice message on there numbers and no response. Unit maybe has 20 hours on it and wasn't even a year old when I started to contact for issues. This is 30L machine, 2 tanks and one motor has quit working...doesn't even hmmm! Saw great reviews about service and how well customers had been taken care off, I'm going on 5 weeks with no response!
