This is a scam! Charged my card, sent the wrong tracking number, stated it was delivered, which it was not and now they won't answer my emails. Scam!!!
This machine is ridiculously loud! Don’t waste your money, buy a Vevor - similar cost and a lot quieter. Now I just to find someone willing to purchase this unit
I did not receive my slushy machine handle. It was delivered to a warehouse in Brooklyn, New York instead of Texas. It was also in a big package that weighed like 30 lbs. according to the FED Ex tracking and website. My item weighed less than a 1lb. I don’t know what happened but by the only review when I ordered. I should have know better because they never received their order either. Don’t buy anything from this company because you will never receive it. I have sent 4 emails to two different emails and no answer. I’ve also called the phone numbers on the website and also no answer. Evidently a bogus website.
