Works well but is VERY noisy and plastic parts are brittle and expensive to replace

I bought the TecSpace 30L, two tank machine in hopes of my wife using it for her food trailer business that never got off the ground. I've had it for almost 2 years and don't use it very frequently since this is now just for home use. I've used it maybe 8 or 9 times for parties or just a weekend of slushies here and there with friends. It works well and does exactly what it is supposed to do but the noise level of the fan is excruciatingly loud. So much that I can hear it from my bedroom clear across the house even with the door closed and when standing next to it you have to raise your voice just to have a conversation. I wish I had a decibel meter to upload the readings. It is mind boggling how loud it is. I can honestly say I would not have purchased it simply for that reason alone. Furthermore, one of the small plastic pieces holding the auger in place broke loose just from normal cleaning with less than a dozen uses. This is a commercial grade machine and I can't imagine how frequently things might break if it were used daily for a business. It does the job but I wouldn't purchase again, especially for home use.

Service SUCKS...Service is ZERO

I have reached out via email, left voice message on there numbers and no response. Unit maybe has 20 hours on it and wasn't even a year old when I started to contact for issues. This is 30L machine, 2 tanks and one motor has quit working...doesn't even hmmm! Saw great reviews about service and how well customers had been taken care off, I'm going on 5 weeks with no response!

Beast

This meat grinder does an amazing job. To start off with, this thing weighs in 41 pounds. Tells me it is a stout grinder and can handle the task of processing some deer meat. Grinder came well packaged with no damage. Has a nice chrome finish and easy to assemble. I only had about 15 lbs of meat to run through the grinder. I started with the 10mm plate and it pushed the meat through that as fast as I could put it in. Then I ran it all again through the 6mm plate. Again, pushed it through just at fast as I could feed it. I am very pleased with this meat grinder. I was slightly skeptical since the price was lower that other meat grinders this size, but boy am I glad I got it. Easy disassembly and fast clean up.
