Return is always free but customer's remorse will be responsible for return fee- actual shipping fee of return .

Unacceptable Return:

1: Sale Items;

2: Damaged products like commercial slushy machine/commercial meat slicer by customer's fault(during use).

 

Exchanges
To ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (contact us first). After confirmation, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (credit card) .
